- History shows that it was "no plans at that time" but that was not made
- clear at the time. I don't think USR even knew themselves at the time
- whether CID would be in their future or not.
- Besides, what difference does it make? You asked how USR would know if
- "there would be demand for CID on the Couriers" and I was telling you
- that the demand was already there. Don't change your question after the

- Smart ass, huh? Yes, I NEEDED it. Anyone that has run a BBS and has
- CID will tell you that it is vital to the security of their system. It's
- unfortunate but a fact of life that some people get their jollies by
- trying to crash, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the operations of a
- successful BBS operation. CID is a frontline defense that works well to
- stop these people.
