  23. History shows that it was "no plans at that time" but that was not made
  24. clear at the time. I don't think USR even knew themselves at the time
  25. whether CID would be in their future or not.
  26. Besides, what difference does it make?  You asked how USR would know if
  27. "there would be demand for CID on the Couriers" and I was telling you
  28. that the demand was already there. Don't change your question after the
  29. fact.

  37. Smart ass, huh?  Yes, I NEEDED it.  Anyone that has run a BBS and has
  38. CID will tell you that it is vital to the security of their system. It's
  39. unfortunate but a fact of life that some people get their jollies by
  40. trying to crash, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the operations of a
  41. successful BBS operation. CID is a frontline defense that works well to
  42. stop these people.
